Service Description

This workshop challenges educators to critically examine how expectations are formed, where they may be unintentionally lowered, and how relational practice can be used to support excellence rather than reinforce limitations. Grounded in Pacific values and a strengths-based lens, the session moves beyond awareness into practical application — ensuring participants leave with clear, actionable strategies for their own context.
